When Did Your Order Ship?
You should have received an email order confirmation on the day you placed your order and an email shipping notice on the day your order shipped. Orders ship 2 business days after order date. For example, if you ordered on Wednesday, your order would have shipped on Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not business days, nor are legal federal holidays.
Deleted the emails? Please check your Deleted/Trash folders in your email program.
If you ordered via Amazon or Sears, you can log onto your Amazon or Sears account and check the order dates there.
If all else fails, you can call the Customer Service number on the back of your credit card and ask when you placed your order at Silver Messages, Amazon or Sears.
How Did Your Order Ship?
If you selected a paid FedEx, UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS Priority Mail shipping method, you should have received a tracking number in your email shipping confirmation. Please click the link in your shipping confirmation email and track your package.
If you selected the free shipping option at silvermessages.com or the Standard shipping option on Amazon or Sears, your order shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class mail, which is a 3-5 day service (excluding Sundays) across the country. There is no tracking number for free First Class mail.
If you selected the $6.50 Priority Mail shipping option at silvermessages.com or the Expedited shipping option on Amazon or Sears, your order shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, which is a 2-3 day service (excluding Sundays) across the country. You should have received a tracking number in your shipping confirmation, and you can track the package at http://www.usps.com.
Is Your Order Lost in the Mail?
If your order shipped via First Class Mail more than two weeks ago (excluding Sundays) and you have not received it, your order is lost.
If your order shipped via Priority Mail more than ten days ago (excluding Sunday) and you have not received it, your order is lost.
What To Do If Your Order Is Lost
Please email us at
orders@silvermessages.com with your order number, your name and the name and address to which the order should have shipped. We will begin a duplicate order, and ship it within two business days.
If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will issue a refund rather than begin a duplicate order. Thank you.
