If, after you purchase our products, at any time up to 60 days, you feel for any reason it fails to live up to our promises--or even if it does and you simply change your mind--just return it to us and we will immediately and cheerfully give you a 100% refund of the purchase price.
We just ask that you not return sales items, as our prices are so low we cannot absorb the administrative costs of returns if they are purchased at our significantly discounted rates.
Please send the item to us with your receipt, invoice, or shipping list within 60 days of your sales date (with adequate protection during shipping) to:

Please note: We must RECEIVE your return within 60 days of your original sales date. After 60 days all customer credit card information is deleted from our systems, and we are no longer able to process returns or exchanges.
Items may only be exchanged ONCE per order.
The jewelry is not qualified for a return or exchange if it:
1. was purchased more than 60 days ago.
2. doesn't arrive here with a copy of your invoice, shipping list or receipt.
3. was altered in any way or was engraved.
6. was a sale item or purchased with a discount coupon code. All sales on Sale items are final.
