60-Day Returns and Exchanges

At any time up to 60 days, if you feel for any reason our products fail to live up to our promises--or even if it does and you simply change your mind--just return it to us. We will immediately and cheerfully give you a 100% refund of the purchase price.

But we have a couple of stipulations. First, if you need to order more than 3 of any one item, would you please just order ONE first and make sure it is exactly what you wanted. We can no longer honor returns or exchanges for more than 3 of the same piece. You're welcome to send back 3 for return or exchange, but not more than 3. And secondly, sales items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Didn't receive your order? Once US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS reports that the item has been delivered, we cannot refund or send a duplicate order. Please contact those carriers with your tracking number to place a trace on the order. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers.

Accidently shipped your order to the wrong address? We do not refund or send duplicate orders in those cases. If the order comes back to us as undeliverable, no such person at this address, or return to sender, we will refund to your credit card. We assume no responsibility for customer ordering mistakes. Please place your order carefully as we ship within 24 business hours.

Please send returns and exchanges to us with your receipt, invoice, or shipping list with all the pieces of the item and Certificates of Authenticity within 60 days of your sales date (with adequate protection during shipping) to:

You can use the above address for USPS, UPS and FedEx shipments.

We do not refund shipping charges. We do not pay shipping charges for returns or provide return labels.

Please do not send anything loose in an envelope. It won't survive the postage canceling machine at the post office.  AND please note:  We must RECEIVE your return within 60 days of your original sales date.   After 60 days all customer credit card information is deleted from our systems, and we are no longer able to process returns.  

Items may only be exchanged ONCE per order. Only ONE refund can be given for any one order.

The jewelry is not qualified for a return or exchange if it was purchased more than 60 days ago or was altered in any way or was engraved.

We do not store credit cards, so we are able to refund to your card through authorize.net, our credit card processor, but are not able to charge again to your card without your involvement. 

If you want to exchange an item for something that costs more than the original piece, please return the original and place a new order for the more expensive item.

If you want to exchange an item for a piece that costs less than the original, include a note in your return, and we will credit your card for the difference.

Tarnish is not a defect.  All sterling silver jewelry will tarnish if exposed to the oxygen in the air.  That's why we ship our products in plastic bags (inside gift boxes) suitable for storage.   Customer is responsible for polishing the jewelry once it becomes tarnished.

For polishing, please search our site for Polish Cloth for all pieces with glued stones and those set in bezels.  For sterling silver and copper jewelry without glued stones, we recommend Tarn-x, which you can find in the detergent aisle at your grocery store.  Just dip the jewelry in for a few seconds, wash it in mild dishwashing soap (like Dawn), rinse thoroughly, dry thoroughly.  Good as new!
