60-Day Returns and Exchanges

If, after you purchase our products, at any time up to 60 days, you feel for any reason they fail to live up to our promises--or even if it does and you simply change your mind--just return it to us and we will immediately and cheerfully give you a 100% refund of the purchase price.

Please send the item to us with your receipt, invoice, or shipping list within 60 days of your sales date (with adequate protection during shipping) to:

Please do not send anything loose in an envelope. It won't survive the postage canceling machine at the post office.  AND please note:  We must RECEIVE your return within 60 days of your original sales date.   After 60 days all customer credit card information is deleted from our systems, and we are no longer able to process returns.  

Items may only be exchanged ONCE per order.

The jewelry is not qualified for a return or exchange if it was purchased more than 60 days ago or was altered in any way or was engraved.

We do not store credit cards, so we are able to refund to your card through authorize.net, our credit card processor, but are not able to charge again to your card without your involvement. 

If you want to exchange an item for something that costs more than the original piece, please return the original and place a new order for the more expensive item.

If you want to exchange an item for a piece that costs less than the original, include a note in your return and we will credit your card for the difference.
